"We found the property very dark inside an cold.The gardens need some attention.Good cooking facilities ,comfy bed and pillows.Great shower."

"The room was clean and the host was lovely. There is only a microwave and sandwich press for cooking. Washer and dryer worked well and detergent was provided. The airport shuttle runs only limited hours and was not useful for us. It is a relatively short walk into central Christchurch."

"The proprietor of the motel was there to meet and greet us even though we arrived at 10:45 PM. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was very good. We really love this little place and would recommended to anybody to stay there. It is definitely a great value and a quiet place."

"The location was perfect, a short walk, approximately 10 minutes, to the city centre, and approximately 20-25 minutes from the international airport by the super shuttle bus. Towels were changed daily and bathroom floor was cleaned daily as well. We stayed at the end of April and the room was warmed enough by the heaters. I would recommend this motel to anyone who travel to Christchurch."
