"Lovely rooms and a comft bed. I had the the biggest room they have and it was bigger than I expected, with enough floor space for luggage and moving around with ease. Bathroom was a bit too small for my liking and the water pressure could have been stronger. Lovely girl who checked me in and out."

We enjoyed the street view from our room, and the location is truly prime! We also loved the 24/7 rooftop access, which offers fantastic views of the city. "I chose the Standard because the Moxy wasn't available. I needed to be near my son's NYU dorm on 3rd. Ave. The Standard proved to be fantastic and I will definitely return. Then took a shower in the MOST DISGUSTING shower I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. It was clogged and filthy. Standing in water up to my ankles."

When she called to find out why first they claimed it was mini bar charges (would have been a lot of m and m’s) then that it was the charge for the stay. Again, it was prepaid.
