"My sisters sheets were soiled upon arrival and the towels were not fresh. For my room I had electrical issues and was shocked by the outlet by the sink. I was majorly upset and asked for help for three days. Three different employees were not helpful and had offered me AAAA drink or breakfast to compensate. "The Evelyn is a nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a bit small, but for city tourists being out during the day that doesn't matter much. The hotel ambiente is very nice. Room: The wardrobe shelves were half behind the wall and hard to reach. A water cooker/kettle is available on request, bottled water is free. Beds are comfy, the included breakfast is a bit skimpy (2 items), so big breakfast eaters might not have enough. Overall a nice hotel in great sightseeing...
