"We had a great stay at the Sheraton. After spending a few days in the Old Quarter, it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. We were well informed of the ongoing renovations and the resulting noise, but did not bother us at all. It's easy enough to catch a Grab taxi from the hotel. If possible, do have a meal at Hemispheres - an excellent way for us to wrap up our holiday. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and your staff went above and beyond in their service. Thank you!"

"We stayed in the junior suite and it was very spacious, clean, large bathroom and the kitchenette was really good with convection microwave, cooke top and cooking utensils. Room service is aslo good if you need ice, iron, ironing board, etc. staff are very friendly and helpful too. Thanks. We enjoyed our stay."

"Excellent stay. Fantastic room, modern and clean and a very comfortable bed which is not normal in Vietnam. Great front desk staff. Breakfast is not the best with very limited options but it is typical for Vietnam. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."
