"Family of four (with 8yo twins) stayed here in November 2025. It's a beautiful inn, comfortable and clean and quiet, with friendly staff and good food for breakfast and dinner. The bath is lovely -- staff help you book a time in the evening at check in, and it's available on a first come first served basis in the morning. "I stayed at 5 different accommodations during my visit to Japan, and Ryokan Plum was by far my favourite - it was a shame that I could only stay for one night! I stayed in the traditional tatami room, which exceeded all of my expectations. It was beautiful! The host (I forget her name) who greeted me upon my arrival was very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend Ryokan Plum to anyone visiting the Hakone/Odawara area. "

"写真でみた印象より部屋はこざっぱりして綺麗で良かったです。ただ二段ベッドの上段の読書灯はコンセントを入れスイッチを入れても点きませんでした。朝食の手作りパンもトーストしたらとても美味しかったです。ハブラシも洗面コーナーにありました。2階にはシャワーとトイレも男女別に各1箇所あります。シャワーのブースにはバスタオルやシャワーキャップ、ボディタオルも置いてありました。場所も富士山駅から徒歩５分ですし、目の前には路線バスのバス停もあります。当日宿泊されている方々が静かだったので、ゆっくり休めました。おすすめです。 "

"Incredibly clean and hygienic place, I’ve stayed there before and loved it! Super close to the ski resort, onsen visit is included, they have storage for your ski/ snowboard equipment as well as free laundry. The showers are amazing as well as the room heaters. I love staying here and I will be returning next year :) might just be an annual trip! They also have a great kitchen setup, along with Beer on draft! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!! 😊"

"ドミトリーで予約しましたが客が少なかったこともあって個室にしていただきました。スタッフ(オーナー？)の対応はとても良かったです。宿は周辺にコンビニ等はないのでちょっと不便を感じました。部屋にはTVがなかったのですがフリーWIFIがあったのでネットで見ることができたのは良かった。お風呂は近くの道の駅で利用できます、これがなかなか良かった。食堂は近くにありますが、車があれば(私は自転車でした)少し遠出をしたほうがいいですね。"

"昔の鉄筋木造の建物を今風にリノベーションしたつくり。 とても清潔。 アメニティはタオルのみ。共用シャワーにシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープはあります。 歯ブラシなどは、隣の24時間営業のセブンで調達できます。 部屋は狭いけど、窓が全面海！朝、漁師さんたちが寮に出かけたり、夜釣りをする人たちを眺められます。 朝ごはんは一人900円ぐらいだったかな。朝ごはん料金は、チェックインの時に支払います。コーヒーもパンもおいしかったです！ あのクオリティでこのお値段は、とってもお勧めです。"
