"ホテルは清潔でオシャレで立地も源泉掛け流し温泉も朝夕の食事も良かったですが、何よりもスタッフが最高のホテルです。 チェックイン時に次の日の予定の話なり、雲海を見たいがどこがお勧めか？と問うとフロントスタッフ本人は知らなかったらしく奥にいるスタッフに聞いて色々教えてくれました。ビックリしたのはその後温泉に行くのにフロントを通り掛かるとさっきのスタッフが声を掛けて下さり再度雲海情報を山程教えてくれたのです。チェックインから1時間ほどてしたがその間親身になって色々私のために調べてくれたんです。これってまさにスタッフというよりコンシェルジュてすよね。 次の日の食事の時には「とうでしたか？雲海は？」とまた気にかけて下さり無事に見る事が叶った旨伝えて写真を見せると　自分の事のように喜んでくださいました。 いやあ、本当に楽しかったです。是非リピートしたいホテルです。"

"Checkout staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The onsen was welcoming for foreigners and we were informed tattoos were okay too, which was an unexpected surprise. Amenities (including robe for the onsen) were provided and there were vending machines easily accessible as well. Short walk to Yuzawa Station so it was very convenient. Compared to other properties in the area, it was nice to stay in a hotel with a private bathroom for only a slight price increase from hostel-style accommodations....

"I was really excited to stay here, mainly because of the amazing view of Mount Fuji, and it absolutely delivered. The rooftop view was incredible and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. "Very clean room and nice hotel, free drinks and sake tasting. The hotel is 3-stop by tram from Toyama station and walk to the Toyama station is about 15 mins. It is very close to the Toyama castle and the famous glass musume. "
