"My only significant problem was the laundry, which consisted of 4 or 5 small machines in a very small room with no table to put clothes on. The machines were combination washer-dryers, one of which had a "Broken" sign on it. Although the machine I used got the clothes clean, the drying phase was useless. I ran it through 3 drying cycles of 30 minutes each, but the clothes were still so damp that I had to drape them over the furniture in our room overnight."

Free shuttle to/from Kawaguchiko Sta. Lockers to store luggage. Free cold/hot water, ice, coffee/tea available in dining areas. 4 laundry/dryers. Vending machines. Microwave in dining area. 5-min walk to views of Mt. Fuji. 10-min walk to grocery stores. "

"Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. Spacious room with a view! Location was about 10 min walk from Nagoya Station. There is a Don Quijote about 6 min walk. Clean coin laundry was about 10-12 min and laundry took about 1 hr to complete for 900¥. We were disappointed by poor in-room wi-fi signal. Otherwise, we loved our visit at Nikko Style Nagoya! "

"Didn’t really feel like a spa hotel. Yes they have hot baths, but most people from the uk won’t want to go in naked. We used the bath on the balcony which was nice. Apparently there are massage chairs in the spa area. "
