"The hotel is very nice and the satff very helpful. It has stairs that you have to use to use to connect from on e tower to the other. The onsen is basic, it has only one pool and all the ammenities are in another floor ( it does. not male any sense) We have sent our luggage and it was perfect! The meals are great"

"I would recommend this hotel!! This is a very nice and glamorous hotel, and worth the price. Wifi's working very well. The location is great, just next to the train stations and the bus station. We saw Mt. Fuji from our room and the restaurant on the 13/F. Unfortunately, there was a typhoon, the weather was a bit cloudy and it blocked the Fuji San, so we needed to stay in the hotel for half a day, but the room is very comfortable, so we actually didn't mind. "Everything was so clean and the lay out was so spacious. Very new. Very quiet. Only challenge was getting the with no car, but it was walkable. We saw deer walking by around in the morning"
