"優點是碰到的所有飯店員工都很親切，房間內部很寬敞，雖然不幸碰到下雨，但房間就能泡澡，而且飯店內部公共澡堂有好幾個池子可以泡，完全不會無聊，另外還有四間私人浴池（不用預約，但前面有人的話要排隊等候）、一個男女共用露天浴池（要預約），泡完有冰牛奶、按摩椅，非常舒適放鬆，晚上還可以到交誼廳喝飲料，另外，吃到飽的早餐很精緻，東西也都蠻好吃的。對了，這間飯店如果要獨旅的話也很合適。整體而言這次體驗很好，尤其每一個碰到的員工都親切微笑，讓整個住宿體驗加分。如果真的要挑缺點出來，只能想到入住的時候，因為需要花點時間跟房客講解設施位置、使用時間等，所以花了一些時間排隊等候。另外因為設施跟房間在不同棟，所以一開始花了點時間適應，但這些對整體感受影響不大。簡而言之，這間飯店就算沒有熱海煙火，也會想再去住宿享受一下。 "

"This was the accommodation we looked most forward to on our Japan trip, and it did not disappoint. It was very beautiful and cozy. Well renovated old traditional house. "2008号室のオーシャンビューのお部屋に泊まりました。眺めが良く、ちょうど河津桜が咲いていました。チェックインはスマホで完了し、暗証番号でお部屋に入ることができ、わかりやすかったです。周辺は特にお店もないので、事前の買い出しが不可欠です。赤ちゃん連れだったのですが、ダブルサイズのベッドで添い寝ができました。ただし、ベッドの間は隙間があるので、枕でギャップを埋めました。備え付けの有料コーヒーが特に美味しかったです。"

"This was our favourite stay for our whole Japan trip. We stayed at 3 other hotels. This place and area is unbeatable and i wish I would’ve booked a second night. I didn’t know that I would want to live this day again. The staff were ridiculously kind and helpful. At the end of our stay, I asked which bus and where I should take to get to Hakone-Yumi to and she literally left her post and started running to help me catch the bus. My son enjoyed free ice cream from the vending machine (which he loved). The band in the lobby before dinner was such a nice touch. The dinner and breakfast were perfect. Honestly, just the perfect relaxing spot for us. Would go back for sure. "
