The staff was very helpful and they provided support in both Japanese and English with ease. The kaiseki style dinner is a must, as it is an entire experience of delicious and elevated Japanese dishes with Western influences, we were left satisfied physically and mentally. "Very spacious and homey. Room was clean and the onsen was great overlooking mt fuji. Cons, the check out time is too early, you must leave at 10 am which is worst when you come with kids"
