"I would definitely stay here again when visiting Hakone. Easy and scenic walk along the lakeside from the bus stop or you can take the complimentary shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. "The hotel facilities are very traditional and well kept, our room was amazing from the awesome lake view to the nice tatami floors. The staff was very helpful and they provided support in both Japanese and English with ease.
