"Very spacious and homey. Room was clean and the onsen was great overlooking mt fuji. Cons, the check out time is too early, you must leave at 10 am which is worst when you come with kids"

"Host was extremely hospitable, thoughtful, and friendly. We came around 10 at night after getting lost due to some map reading error and he was helpful in getting our luggage upstairs. Very friendly guy with good sense of humour. Comfortable, clean, and warm abode. We plan on staying here next time we come, god willing."

The staff was very helpful and they provided support in both Japanese and English with ease.
