"We drove around for 1/2 hour searching for this hotel, up and down dirt roads in a 4x4. Could not find it. Phoned the hotel, no answer. So we booked another hotel down the highway. Sure hope hotels.com refunds my purchase"

"Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked. Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up.
