"Wonderful staff. Our deluxe sea view rooms on 4th floor had beautiful views. We requested rooms where pets were not allowed due to my uni student teenage daughter's allergies. She arrived with red, itchy face and her face improved significantly during our 4 day stay, so they clearly obliged.
