"Good location. Across from Tobacco Company. Parking is challenging. Restaurant has an amazing breakfast, but the lunch is weak."

"The room was great, the breakfast fine but the most helpful thing was the check-in staff fellow who gave us great info on where to eat that evening and how to get to it. He bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. Great southern hospitality."

"This place was a dream. Lovely facilities, lovely outdoor space, lovely staff. Looking for a reason to go back to Richmond just to stay at this location. Extremely charming without sacrificing nice amenities"

"The worst Hilton property I have ever stayed on. The entry door would not close on its. In order to close it I had left up in the door handle with my had and shoulder and force it closed. The bathroom door would remain open on its own. I have to shove two magazines between the door and the door jam to keep it open. The lights in the bedroom almost nonexistent. The food at the connecting restaurant was horrible."
