"The room was clean and well-presented. There was no noise from the road and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We ate in the restaurant and the food arrived hot and promptly. Would eat there again.
This was the old Ramada Kenilworth - worth remembering because the sign on the roundabout still refers to it as that and it has its own exit. Excellent dual carriageway links to Coventry.
If all the rooms have been renovated to the same standard as ours, the bad reviews should soon be a thing...

"Had low expectations of a motorway services hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Arrived late and had a really pleasant welcome by the guy in reception. Asked where I was off to in the morning and pleased he did as he told me about the shortcut to get back on the M6 southbound. Saved me a 20mile detour. Lady in the morning was also very pleasant. Room was clean and quiet for a hotel on the M6. Was great value for a bed for the night. "
