"Buena ubicación, personal amable, nosotros no agregamos desayuno; decidimos mejor ir a desayunar en cafés y otros restaurantes. Solo pedimos un room Service y estaba fea la comida. De ahí en fuera, todo excelente, gran hotel. Celebramos nuestra luna de miel y nos dejaron una amenidad. Limpio y buena opción. Si nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí."

"Google maps took us right there but it was not so obvious. This is a neighborhood apartment building. The hotel occupies a couple of floors in the building. We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Neighborhood is excellent to blend amongst locals, and anything that you need is a short block or 2. You have about a 15 to 20 minute easy walk, maximum, to all your favorite...

"Stunning. I was originally staying at the Four Seasons and decided to switch to Palacio Atocha. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the personal attention and lovely room (highly recommend the junior suite!) "

"Hotel seemed older but was clean. It wasnt super quiet but also was not loud either. We were able to sleep with little interruption. The location was okay. 20 minute walk to the tourist area and main sites. About a 10 minute walk to the train station. We felt safe in the hotel. They had locks and staff at the desk. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Air conditioning was great. Room was fairly clean it does need some paint touch up in places. Had to pay extra for towels. We were a party of 4 and given a towel each to last the entire 4 night stay and when we asked for more they said there would be a charge."

"En las habitaciones compartidas hay que llevar un candado pequeño para guardar tus cosas, sino ahi te lo venden por 3 € en recepción. No me gusto que el balcón tenia llave y no pude salir a ver. En la habitación que yo estuve, el lavamanos no le funciona el drenaje, el agua se acumula y es incomodo. En atención del personal fue 10/10 y con el resto de servicios esta aceptable porque es solo para dormir."

"At first,we were provided a room which did not match the one shown as the pictures on Expedia’s website. The one we supposed to book was 2 bedroom apartment, however, It is so small , there is no door of the bedrooms , no living area. It should only be called studio. We tried to contact the host , they were not very helpful at the beginning, saying the pictures are taken from different apartments, after a long communication, they move us to a bigger apartment which is better.
