"今回は非常に残念でした。
案内された客室は、日が届かない暗い部屋でした。快晴なのにずっと暗くて、特に朝は快適とは言えませんでした。
また、レイトチェックアウトをお願いしましたが、あの暗い部屋に3500レアルは高すぎる感じを持っています。
四時になっても部屋のベッドメーキングや掃除がされていない日があり、急ぎお願いしました。また、毎日ルームバーのチェックをしていますが、ある日飲んでもない水にチェックが入っており、請求されていました。チェックアウト時にわかったのですが、ボトルが冷蔵庫の奥にいっており、適切にチェックされていなかったことが分かりました。
なので、低い評価をしました。"

"The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and kind. It is a very good and accessible location as well, right near the bus and being in centro I could go anywhere. The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold."

部屋内のカードキーを刺さないとエアコンが動作しないため、数分で状況は改善されるものの、入室時の部屋の環境はそれほど良くない。
客室内のフローリングの多くは年季が入っていて、剥がれまではいかないが色落ちしていた。
また、TVはスマートTVでYoutubeを見ることができるが、通信状況が悪いのかぶつ切りで映像が流れるようになった。
シャワーの温度が思ったほど上がらず残念だった。
また 、ゴキブリが室内で見つかった。"
