"The room was very small and dark (not enough light to read or use the bathroom mirror), even though we booked a 'deluxe' room. There was no chair in the room, the safe and fridge cupboards had no handles, so you had to pull at the bottom of them to open them, and only one glass in the bathroom, so we couldn't take advantage of the mini bar on arrival. When we had a shower, the water ran straight out through the shower enclosure door (as there was a big gap with no seal), so we had to control the...

"Everything was good. Room and breakfast. Got there earier and they charged me to keep my suitcase that didnt sat right with ne to be honest but I paid. Close to cruise port and ok for dining and shopping areas."

"Was not really clean. Often times toilet paper was missing. Beds were uncomfortable. It's really hard to reach the top bunkbeds. The bottom bunk bed mattress was sunken in so I kept sliding in a hole"

Das Frühstück im Café nebenan war allerdings nicht so ganz toll. Es war zwar alles im Preis inklusive und der Palazzo spart sich einen eigenen Frühstücksbereich indem man das Outsourct. "Very beautiful location, prime spot walkable to everything very clean room very spacious a perfect experience. The balcony was a nice long balcony and was very nice to relax and still feel part of it but also in our own space. Bring earplugs because people do celebrate till early morning so if you’re a light sleeper, that could be a problem, but we enjoyed all of it even the celebrations below in the piazza."
