"The was the cutest little place to stay for our overnight before boarding a cruise ship. The location was perfectly located right in the city & close to many places for eating, getting a drink, shopping or just walking the city and exploring all the charm of Genoa! Simona was the sweetest and so helpful with offering great sites to see & places to eat/drink. Very accommodating and eased all our worries with getting to the city from the airport & finding the guest room. Hoping to return for...

"Everything was great. The only issue was that we tried to order two glasses of wine from the bar next door and they said we could carry them to our room but then they wanted to charge us the room service price. Carrying drinks from the bar to our room was not actually room service so I feel like they were trying to get more money out of us unnecessarily. So we purchased wine at a store elsewhere. Otherwise everything was great."

"The staff were extremely Lu attentive, kind and helpful. The room had all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel is excellent. At first I thought the traffic noise would be a problem, but it was not. I would stay there again. "

Ottima accoglienza, check-in veloce, auto in parcheggio a pagamento (vivamente consigliato, considerando i problemi di sosta a Genova). Camere splendide, pulite, bagno piccolo ma in ordine. Spa a disposizione anch'essa a pagamento nell'Hotel Savoia della stessa proprietà. Unico appunto, il profumo decisamente "carico" nelle stanze. Per il resto tutto perfetto."
