"Wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The suites were large and we really appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. The view of the Nile is breathtaking, especially at sunset. We also want to say a special thank you to Mr. Ahmed in Views restaurant- excellent!"

"I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

After 12 hours of traveling my partner and I arrived at this hotel and immediately felt uncomfortable due to the camel & horse droppings smell but we figured it’s a part of the experience. Trsd 2 horas de conversaciones con hoteles.com y el hotel, Tuvimos que aceptar por que ya eran las 2am. Nuestra reserva estaba realalizada 1 mes antes.
