"The suite was amazing with wonderful views and very spacious. All the staff treated us very well, especially Islam at check in and Mohammed, who is in charge of the housekeeping. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"Fabulous staff and amenities."

"Expedia gold member got scammed!!! Watchout there is hidden fees. Undocumented extra 15 dollars per night per person. Big scam. The security was very perochratic and rigid. We gave him all the residents paperwork but they still won't accept to let my father reside with me in a 2 day reserved 2 twin bed room..they want me to book two rooms and keep the 2 twin bed room empty..they got no logic. Called expedia for cancelation and refund. Expedia called th hotel management to confirm cancelation but...

"HORRIBLE. DICEN QUE TIENEN SAUNA, SPA, GIMNASIO.. LLEGAMOS Y DICEN QUE NO TIENEN NADA DE ESO QUE LO ESTÁN "RENOVANDO" NO INCLUYE NI AGUA SIQUIERA. LES PONGO UN 0 !!"

"The Nile sky hotel is not a real hotel. It is just some rooms that don't have any icons of a hotel. It is most awful and dangerous hotel in the world. A looooot of negative points about this hotel: the hotel is located in a 20 level floors building, but not all of the floors belong to the hotel, just 3 floor belong to hotel and rest of it are people 's apartment which make it unsafe. The room was not clean. No warm water for shower. Wifi was awful with poor signal which wasted my time a lot....

"A very nice, exceptionally clean hotel! Everything felt fresh and well cared for, making it a pleasant place to stay. Ammar, the reception manager, was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. I really enjoyed my visit and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming hotel."

"Where do I even begin. After 12 hours of traveling my partner and I arrived at this hotel and immediately felt uncomfortable due to the camel & horse droppings smell but we figured it’s a part of the experience. We did our booking on Expedia so upon arrival I gave them our itinerary number and information to confirm that we had a booking and this is where things get..uncomfortable. The man at the front desk says to us that since we booked on Expedia and they “no longer work with Expedia”...

"Very disappointing and poor handling of problems We stayed for three nights. During the second day, the water was shut off for more than a full day. Til the next day... We could not shower. We could not use the taps. We could not even flush the toilet. My mother had to go downstairs and ask what was going on. We were told that a pipe had broken. Nobody informed us before we asked. Nobody offered us another room or any other solution. We also called Omar, who was supposed to be responsible....

"The food is terrible with very limited options. I asked for juice but they didn’t have it for breakfast. Asked for water instead but I was charged for it. TV cable never worked, although I asked repeatedly for it to be fixed. Internet was not working half of my stay. Hand soap in the bathroom was watered down. You get what you paid for basically!!!"

"Expedia does not even have a contract with this hotel! We arrived at 2:00 in the morning to no room and ended up walking around Cairo in the middle of the night until we could find another hotel ourselves. "
