"침구류 룸컨디션 등 너무 청결했었고, 멀리 시타델 보이는 시티뷰였는데 전망도 너무 좋았어요. 아침에 일출이 너무 이뻐요. 숙소 근처에 24시간 음식점 및 1층에 마켓, 카페 등 있고, 경비원이 있어서 보안은 좋았어요. 특히 사장님이랑 잘 생긴 직원이들 너무 친절하고 조식도 맛있습니다."

"I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

After 12 hours of traveling my partner and I arrived at this hotel and immediately felt uncomfortable due to the camel & horse droppings smell but we figured it’s a part of the experience. We did our booking on Expedia so upon arrival I gave them our itinerary number and information to confirm that we had a booking and this is where things get..uncomfortable. "The food is terrible with very limited options. I asked for juice but they didn’t have it for breakfast. Asked for water instead but I was charged for it. TV cable never worked, although I asked repeatedly for it to be fixed. Internet was not working half of my stay. Hand soap in the bathroom was watered down. You get what you paid for basically!!!"
