It’s clean, smells lovely, fresh with a modern look. The food was lovely. It’s the first hotel I have been to that have gluten free products on display at breakfast without me having to ask for it. Biscuits, cake and bread. This is rare I was so pleased to see this. Every hotel should do this. To accommodate everyones needs. The front desk were so helpful with anything we needed and also helped us to find tours or travel and outside entertainment and site seeing around the Istanbul city. It was such a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The staff are loving, caring and really care about their guests. They go the extra mile to make you feel happy with your stay. Kemel Gigdem, Faith and Mashsun they were my favorites and Spa service staff plus The hospitality staff made breakfast feel great. Front desk is the best, they set the tone for the hotel and bring high expectations and you definitely see it. We will certainly be coming back.
