"Lovely room. Very clean and it was great having fresh milk in the fridge when we arrived. We ate and drank at the pub too and that had a great atmosphere. The location was great - great right in the middle of Ludlow. Only downside was that you could hear people sitting in the garden of the pub until 11pm. This wasn’t a problem for us but might be for some people "

"The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were helpful. Parking was in front of the hotel, off the main street. The village had a few shops and a large town nearby. The hotel has a river at the bottom of the grounds which was lovely to sit near."

"Lovely period gastopub right on the river Lugg. Lovely light and fresh accommodation. Food all delicious with a great selection. Their eco wellness spa facilities was a real treat to hire as well, a gorgeous spot to relax in. My wife loved her massage with Charlene as well. Definitely recommend"

Excellent and well maintained facilities with the highlights being a tennis court and an indoor swimming pool! Beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by fields and countryside. "Unfortunately our stay had to be cut short by 2 days as my back could not tolerate the only bed in the property which is lumpy and hard. Think of a bag of potatoes and you wouldn’t be far off. I’ll end on a positive, the rear garden is beautiful!"
