"This hotel is in a great location and my room was very nice. I loved the free coffee and the water machine that offered multiple flavors and sparkling/non sparkling options. The staff was also very friendly. My only complaint is the view I had from my room. I understand there weren’t any great views from this hotel based on its location, but mine was really bad as it overlooked an interior courtyard that housed equipment. "The staff were amazing, attentive, polite and just wonderful. The room was clean, comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom and shower was great. And refreshing, especially since NYC was having a heat wave. Reception provided bottles or water, complimentary. The bar was fun, and service and food delicious. We had breakfast each morning and it was amazing. You must try the multigrain bread. Fabulous! Overall 5/5 and we will gladly stay here again on our next NYC trip."
