"We loved staying at this hotel in Toulouse! Our room was beautifully designed with great amenities and the location allowed us to walk all around the historic center of Toulouse. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though our room faced the street, it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The best part about our stay were the fabulous breakfasts! There was a huge selection of high quality food offered. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great staff! Book parking early since there are only 20 unground spots for the hotel."

"Location is perfect- steps from the Pont neuf. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond with genuine hospitality!"

"Endroit inspirant ,et relax. Personnel accueillant ,qui est à l’écoute et connaît le quartier. Chambre agréable et boissons chaudes sur l’étage . Merveilleux hôtel ❤️"

"The property is well located and very basic in terms of amenities. Caters to business and family Travellers."

"Very nice location. Don’t confuse it with the other IBIS hotel"

"The room was clean but the bathroom needed a deeper clean, especially the shower. The rubbish bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied and there was one tea bag for 2 people. A notice informed us to wash up glasses and tea cups but there was no drainer or tea towel. The only form to fill in for breakfast had already been used by the previous...

"You are truly in the heart of the city at this well appointed hotel. The staff was so welcoming and pleasant. The coffee was Illy and Nespresso and delicious. The rooms are modern and very comfortable and spacious. We used and enjoyed the patisserie right next door and the hotel patio area. It was just perfect for our wonderful stay in Toulousse."

"Gran servicio, ubicación y amenidades"

"What a cool vibey high energy hotel. I knew nothing of Mama Shelter before staying at this property, but I'll definitely stay at other "Mama's" Great location close to everything and the buzz of the City, yet the rooms were quiet. Amenities: Great breakfast buffet. I should have included it for all days...next time. Fitness facilities: There are none. Come on Mama, get with the wellness program. Restaurant: Just hopping and buzzing at night, and cafe loungey during the day allowing you to do...

"We had a lovely stay! The location is perfect, right next to Place du Capitole and within walking distance of everything. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were so friendly. Special thanks to Valentin, who made us feel so welcome and went out of his way to answer all our questions. He really made a difference in our stay! We’d happily come back and definitely recommend this hotel."
