The room was noticeably dusty upon arrival, with dust on the coffee machine and counters, and there was dust and hair under the bathroom sink. "Everyone was exceptionally kind. The hotel was fair new and maintained to perfection. Room was a nice size. Location was perfectly situated for walking short distances to local attractions. Ubers were plentiful and inexpensive. My only complaint was there was nothing complimentary. No coffee or tea in the lobby. No cookies at the front desk. "My husband and I flew in from Mexico and stayed here for one night. The location was perfect, especially since it was close to UofT, where our daughter was graduating this year. This stay marked the final night of our three week journey across Canada, during which we visited Montreal, Toronto, and Banff.
