"Very poor room condition. I have booked and put additional remark for non smoking room, end up I was assigned to the smoking allowed room. Called to front desk complaint and yet they only allowed to change the room next day. This is not the proper way of handling such important matters that disturb your customer from sleeping. "the location is good and staff are very welcoming and nice. however the hotel property itself needs a major update. the toilet countertop and basin are half falling, the shower gel bottle and whatever is inside looks old and smell disgusting. Breakfast is okay, not fantastic but also not too bad. the staff are really the highlight, from receptionisth to car park security, everyone is polite and helpful!"

"Terimakasih sudah diupgrade ke kelas kamar di atasnya. "
