The staff are extremely friendly and helpful right from the point you arrive. The room is also properly done up.
Only bad thing is that, the power point in the rooms are only local power plug standards and the hotel has a lack of adapters/convertors to loan out. I was told that there are 5. Looking at the number of rooms, 5 seems to be too little to be shared.
The food is terrible. I had a meal with Unagi. The unagi meat is extremely tough. Either it is recooked multiple times, unfresh, or from a very poor quality old eel. There is no replacement and the only thing the hotel could offer is an apology. The unagi is totally left untouch except for a few attempts to chew it.
