They offer you dishes to use to cook and eat with. Other hotels charge you to use the items. This so helpful and considerate and convenient. Thank you to the operators of this establishment for allowing people to use dishes without charging extra greatly appreciated

The property was very clean and the room was nice. We had never stayed at an extended-stay Hotel before, so it was a surprise to not find a coffee maker. I was a little disappointed that the Suite didn't have a King bed but it was comfortable. Not much in the way of Breakfast

Front desk guy was nice . Not his fault there was dead cockroaches in our room. Hallway smelled like cat pee. We immediately cancelled and asked for a refund which was promptly granted. Staff were great, place itself was run down and unclean to say the very least.

No pool as advertised. We were supposed to have two beds and only got a room with one bed and a pull-out couch. The couch bed had stains. They need to make aesthetic repairs. The staff was kind and showed me the room before I decided to stay. It was clean, no bugs. We decided to stay because we needed a place to sleep for 5 hours. Had dance comp and not time for travel back home.

The property was ok, but good for the price. The room was large but out of date. There were some cleaning issues as well-my sink was clogged, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time with the amount of gunk built up. The area behind the toilet was either dirty or leaking. The shower and counters had stains. The couch had some pretty gross stains as well. The bed, however, seemed new and sheets were clean. The pillows smelled iffy so I didn't use those. Safety while in the room was fine-locks worked and it seemed secure. However, the exterior doors were propped open the whole time. That was a little alarming. They do have key card access for the doors but they were either taped so they wouldn't lock or propped open by a rock. The breakfast was supposed to be "grab and go" but nothing was out when I looked. There was coffee. Even with all these factors, it was a good deal for the price paid.

Short one night stay.

The location was good and convenient. Close to the highway. Restaurants also near by. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The room also had a kitchen and pullout couch. The breakfast was not what we thought it was going to be. There was just coffee, granola bars, oatmeal packets, and muffins. No juice, no milk, no cereal.

Checking in was easy and the lady helping us was very friendly and nice. Are room was big and roomy, but very ran down. There were dead cockroaches in the kitchen area and in the bathroom.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room looked clean upon initial entry, but all of our socks and feet turned black, which suggests to me the floor wasn't cleaned well at all. The faucet in the shower kept dripping, and everything in the room seemed old and falling apart.
