The room was clean and the staff was nice but they gave me the wrong room. I paid for a king size bed. They put me in a room with a Queen. The windows were filthy to where you couldn't even see outside barely. I just expected better and the ice machines weren't working on the floors.

No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus.
