"Room was spotless. Amenities were plenty. Staff was friendly. Mulanga at the front desk and Anna overnight were very helpful finding local places to visit and answering any questions. Operation desk Susan was helpful during breakfast. Marigold from housekeeping went above and beyond when we left a charger and they had it at the desk for us. The view and balcony were amazing."

"Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area."

"Very frustrating! After I reserved through Hotels.com the communication started coming about all of the things they needed, forms filled out, copy of license, a selfie! Lots of add ons, too-if you want early check in, pay $up front in case some little thing goes wrong (or a large deposit). No check in instructions until right before check in when we were given codes and a map, but our room number was not on the map. Spent 45 minutes wondering around looking for the unit. All for a 15 hour stay....
