"Clean room, great staff!"

"Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area."

"Breakfast was good. Day 1 had pork sausage, Day 2 chicken sausage, nice options, eggs, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, even had soy milk! Close to shopping. "

"One of the staff members didnt know how to do much so she just told us and other visitors its not available. We couldnt get two room keys because after we paid and checked in she couldnt give us an additional room key for my husband. She also told someone there were no extra pillows or blankets amd also said they dont accept triple A discounts. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The facility overall was clean, though i wish they had a hot tub and the other staff members were nice for the...

"Sports bar was not very accommodating for a large party. Hotel, casino, and night club were all excellent. "

"The room was not cleaned 2 days of our stay. We had to ask to have the room vacuumed The staff do not even acknowledge you. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with coffee supplies Very poor housekeeping "

"Older hotel that has been renovated. Breakfast was good; the attendant was very friendly and attentive. The walls seemed a little thin as we had people talking in the room beside us til 3am. "

"More tines for the shuttle would be better. We had a time booked the night before, we go down 15 minutes early waiting in the lobby. "

"Staff was friendly and location is nice for getting on/off highway or to the airport. Rooms was clean except for the floors. Floors were filthy everywhere - main lobby, hallways, elevator and both our rooms. "

"The hotel overall was very clean and the room was comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was not the greatest, food was cold and eggs and sausage were rubbery. The breakfast area was quite messy. Noise level in the lobby was excessive at night, as people were allowed to gather and hang out and watch the lobby TV. We only noticed it because we were on the ground floor near the lobby. Overall, our stay was pleasant but I don't think I would stay at this property again."
