"Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area."

"There was a soccer team there and the adults were drunk and letting the kids do whatever they wanted. Run up and down the halls this was at midnight and after. Jump and stomp the floors past midnight. Does people not know quiet time is 10pm-7am anywhere you go? It’s just being polite. "

"Check in and check out was trouble. I checked in late, and they had canceled my reservation and sold the room to someone else. The desk clerk said they had no rooms available. I asked if they expected me to go to another hotel. He came up with another room and made a one night reservation, although my original reservation was for 4 nights.
