Cari Chalet di Cincinnati Riverfront

"It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. As I communicated the issue with the management company via text, I couldn't tell if I was...

"Perfect location."

"Location was perfect, all the staff were very helpful, and the continental breakfast was super. I love how they had 2 ladies helping with waffle making, recommendations and cleanup during the breakfast. The location was within walking distance to many local attraction’s."

"Awesome location. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. With in walking distance of all stadiums. 20 min uber from airport. You are not going find a better breakfast buffet than this one. Just Great. Wife and I will stay again."

"The room was very spacious. We brought our two small dogs and there was enough space for us to set up a playpen for them to stay in while we were out of our room. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The only minor issue was our toilet seat was broken but still useable. If you are traveling with dogs, there's not much in terms of grassy areas nearby. The front desk staff were so kind to our dogs and offered them treats, which was super cute and special. We would love to visit again...

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good."
