"Room was very clean. No shampoo or tissues in the room. The hair dryer was at the desk and had to be requested. I understand why changes have come to this."

"Acess to the room was odd. Had to go up steps that were on other side of building. The covers had holes in them. The hand towels had stains on them. No toilet paper on the roll. Remote was broken but still functional. The bed gave me heebeegeebee's, but i eventually slept for 3-4hrs before deciding to stay awake. No complimentary breakfast either"
