When we checked in our A/C was out and it was 85 degrees in our room. Staff was very quick and efficient with immediately moving us to a new upgraded room. We received a grocery delivery while we were there and the front desk had it brought to our door before I even knew the order had been delivered. ...

Hyatt Regency Cincinnati
The pool it is much smaller as it shows in the web site. Shallow depth and chlorine was quite stinging your eyes. Everything else was good.
