"I would not stay here again. It is inconvenient that there’s no staff onsite after 5p. The room itself is pretty but that’s about the only plus. The bath towels are large, which I appreciate. The included breakfast was delicious. Otherwise I didn’t enjoy my stay. The rooms are hot with no air circulation. You cannot use the air con during the “winter” so the room is hot and stuffy, the bathroom is even worse. We had to sleep with the windows open and it’s very loud outside. Someone was doing...

"Booked last minute for my daughter that was traveling to Portofino from Florence and lost the train connection at 11:30 pm in Pisa. The hotel is conveniently located walking distance from the train station. It is clean, 24 hr. Checking and friendly staff. Also it has a Café in the property. The room was a good size for the 4 of us, comfy beds/pillows, tea and coffee making facilities were available and the breakfast was brilliant too.
