"This property is a scam. The full details of what to expect upon arrival and check in are not listed. The room that we selected was dirty. The prior guest left most of their belongings. Very loud, and annoying. Atmosphere very creepy. We did not stay it was to much going on. almost like a rooming house."

"The hotel is truly beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. Personally, I find it very noisy. In the rooms, you can constantly hear the people next door and above you. The noise from outside was also really loud. At this price point, I would have expected something different."

"The room is big enough , clean , bed is comfortable . Parking is easy , close. However , the air vent cover in bathroom is very old , bent , very rusty and has a spiderweb. Vanity sink drains slowly. It takes a long time , close to 4 minutes, for the shower water to get warm enough to get under. I feel guilty wasting water especially in CA ."

"It’s an old, beautiful hotel, very conveniently located. Odd shaped buildings, so odd shaped room - but charming. There is a lot to like. Underground parking next door, and walkable neighborhood. Had a great time. Did get woke up by screaming homeless person early morning, but has nothing to do with the hotel. Also did not observe many homeless while walking around - it’s a safe neighborhood. Will stay again"

The room itself was clean when I arrived and staff cleaned it everyday which is nice since nowadays other properties only clean every other day or upon request. New towels everyday. I was impressed. The free onsite parking was also nice. There is a security guard ALWAYS watching the parking lot and the property, which is very good. There were landscapers maintaining and cleaning the...

"We stayed in one of the two bedroom condos which was spacious and well equipped. The front of the property appears to be closed as there is construction in the main lobby so you need to park around the back. There was security in the evening and the area has quite a few eateries as well as the Korean Galleria. The staff seemed a bit new and learning as they were going."
