"There was a huge cockroach in the room and the jets of the spa made water spray everywhere in the room. Also it was dusty as if it had not been cleaned. Also at night it was very rowdy. Likely not returning and would not recommend. "

"The property was wonderful - clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and worked hard to refill each breakfast item as soon as it was emptied so there was no wait for anything even with a large rush of people there for the conference we wer attending nearby. The only downside of our stay was the desk person who checked us on. I had reserved and paid for two rooms. One of them had to be put under a different name when I reserved it so I put it under my daughter’s name. She had stopped with her friends to pick up dinner so she wasn’t with me at check in and the gentleman who checked us in refused to give me the keys to the second room without her being there to show her ID. Another mom was with me so we asked to have the room changed to her name so we could get the keys. He took her ID but when we got up to our room we realized he still hadn’t given us tha second set of keys. She went back down and he still refused to give them to her. She asked what he took her ID for then and he said he didn’t know. We were all exhausted but still had to go back to the desk when my daughter arrived, At that point the desk clerk just glanced at her ID and handed her the keys. The whole thing seemed unnecessary and needlessly annoying. I paid for both rooms and there should have been no problem with giving me both sets of keys instead of going through the charade of glancing at her ID before they would turn over the second set of keys."

"The lobby was sparse and cold, and smelled bad. The gentleman working behind the front desk was prompt and friendly, but hard to hear behind the thick layer of plexiglass. The room seemed clean enough, though showed signs of wear and tear. The air conditioning unit worked and we rested well. Overall this met our needs for a quick one night stay over for a conference in the area."
