"This property looks very nice, high end and well kept on traveling website till you get there hotel smells like weed the minute you walk in the front door hallway are dirty and room have vandalism on furniture, felt unsafe to stay there."

"All of the staffs were very helpful and friendly, but the management are in the process of renovating everything in that property. When we first checked in we were put in a temporary room, because the the television in that room was broken and the lights by the bed were not working."

"The staff was very nice and the common spaces in the hotel were clean and nicely kept. The breakfast was good. There are two reasons the hotel only earns three stars. First, the outlets in our bathroom did not work. It took two complaints to the front and over 24 hours from the first complaint to get it fixed. Second, the hotel cleans the rooms every other day, which sounds reasonable. However, our room was not cleaned during our stay Sat - Tuesday. Our two small trashcans were overflowing...

"Everything was good just that not having a microwave in ur room is weird I've never had stayed in a hotel were you had to go to the lobby to use it. And just one for everyone at least a more than one but yeah that not good at all."

"Facilities were nice We booked a 6 person suite for 2 nights asked to get room cleaning service - said they couldn’t do room service for a same day (night before request) as they only do maid service every three days . Which is fine but no one even offered or informed us when we checked in. Three towels in room for 6 ppl . Have to check towels out and BACK IN for pool . Breakfast was ok. If you book- home wood suites and Hampton inn are on same building. Homewood is better ."

"Very unsatisfied. The pool was disgusting. It was not clean at all. There were no towels. We asked for them and they didn’t show up until we called again. The elevators had graffiti all over them. It was an unpleasant experience."
