"I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it...

"Very smelly room. Ice machine didn’t work work on our floor. Tub took forever to drain from a shower. Just an older building that hasn’t been updated. I did like the complimentary breakfast & the close distance it was to Bob Evans & Roosters. There was plenty of parking."

"We arrived late morning and a room was prepared for us within an hour"

"This was a good stay. I think staying here is a very good value. My comments are that there was no cold water in my bathroom, it remained warm my whole stay. Annoying but not the end of the world. Second, the room was freezing when I entered, called the front desk and they told me it was due to the sudden change in weather and told me it would warm up. "Clean and comfortable room. Newer furniture and nicely equipped kitchenette. Bathroom was sparkling clean with Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries a unique touch. Delicious breakfast buffet with fine options above and beyond the usual breakfast options at hotels. Lovely stay overall"

"Very nice & clean. Only takes card though even for snacks."

"Clean and quiet. No complaints"

"We fell into a situation in which we had a reservation for 5 days and paid for it up front. We ultimately ran into a situation where we had a family emergency (medical) and had to vacate temporarily knowing we would have to return to the area the following week. In approaching Marriott management onsite, we were told that they would neither provide us a refund or a credit for the two unused days since we booked our Marriott stay through Expedia. Expedia stated they would accommodate us if the...

"The lady at the front desk at check out was very nice, the way she asked about our experience was genuinely kind. The breakfast was good. The only downside was that the gel shower dispenser in the bathtub was empty and the toilet seat was shabby."

"Nothing except the restaurant was open over the weekend. Not very convenient."

"Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave."
