The young man who I think set up the breakfast bar kept it very neat and clean. He was very cordial to us. I would stay there again if the opportunity comes again."

"The ceilings were damaged and leaking. There was an over whelming smell of mold down stairs. The pool was over crowded with people who DID NOT STAY THERE! They were walking straight from their cars to and from the pool. They were so loud morning, day and night. The kids were so rowdy they were shooting us from across the room with water guns. Staff knew because you could hear them from the lobby! The breakfast cafe was closed for no reason and yes this was during the hours they were supposed to...

"First room that I was put in had huge flies just swarming me, also the TV had a short in it because every time I tried to turn the tv it cut off and I had to ask for another room and was given a much cleaner room. The laundry room wasn't working."

"My first room had multiple roaches and it looked like water damage in the room on the ceiling and the appliances were worn down with horrible staining on them. My second room had some marker on the bed and the bottom portion of the door was missing so could see into the hall. The lobby smelled like poop and down the hallway smelled like a fish market.
