"This was by far the worst hotel I had ever booked a room at. I say “booked” because we REFUSED to stay there. We checked in at 3:45 and I booked another hotel and left by 4:00. The hotel itself gives off unsafe vibes and that was just confirmed whe ln you walk in and there’s multiple holes in the door frame where it appears locks have been moved. Let’s see- the bed spread was filthy, mold on the ceiling, wrong size toilet seat, a filthy shower and a strange smell on the room. Not only should they never sell another room here, they should condemn the hotel. I really can’t believe the city even lets this dump rent rooms to people. The only reason I have the dump 1 star is because it wouldn’t let me give it negative stars. I will be disputing this entire charge in my credit card."

"Pros: Parking was easy and lots of it! Front desk staff are super friendly and welcoming! Great location - 10 mins to Churchill Downs and close to airport. Free breakfast as well and pool. Lots of restaurant and food options nearby. Cons: Housekeeping staff are noisey and yelling down the hallways, and vacuuming outside the door... Don't expect to sleep in here. Hotel could use some updating. Couch in our room had several stains on it - needs a deep cleaning. Vent in bathroom was covered in an inch of dust. "
