"The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any questions or request. The restaurant is first rate. We could have lived here for a very long time. The hotel was centrally located to all our destinations and so accessible from the 401. "

The next day we microwaved our breakfast in the breakfast bar to make sure it was warm. The pillows need to be replaced. There is no support what so ever left in them. You can fold them in half and they stay that way. We ended up taking the extra pillows out of the closet to use. It helped but not much. The bed was comfy. "Friendly and pleasant staff."

"The room was very clean. The heater and thermostat worked very well, for my fellow lizards who like to sleep warm. Easy to get to from the highway, easy to find parking. There arent many tables for breakfast so if you're not there early you might not get a place to sit. The food was typical for free hotel breakfast. I got back to the hotel after midnight following a concert and did not feel unsafe in the parking lot as a single woman, it seems like a fairly safe area."

"This was a fine property. The location is industrial but there is a very nice Keg steakhouse nearby, as well as a convenience store that has prepared food. The hotel also has some snacks at the front deck but no restaurant for lunch or dinner. The complimentary breakfast is decent. The only issue for me is that the blankets were thin and there was no extra blanket in the closet. I liked that temperature control really worked well (in some hotels it doesn't!) so i was able to adjust to a...

"Due to fluctuations in outside temperature, the hotel AC had not yet been activated. The room was uncomfortably hot (26C). I believe it is prudent for the hotel to notify customers in advance of this prior to locking in the reservation. Had I known, I would have made alternative reservations. I got a fan and an apology from the hotel either of which was satisfactory. Disappointed."

"Beautiful room and hotel , very clean and comfortable. However the rudeness of the staff doesn’t make it worth it to me. When you work in customer service you’d expect that you’d get good service. Also doesn’t make sense that you have to come down to get your breakfast voucher in the morning when they could just give it to you when you check in. Barely a breakfast either I’d call it a snack bar with four options. Very disappointing"

"The rooms were clean and there were bathroom amenities. The free breakfast was very good. I was concerned that there was no water in the rooms for the coffee machine aside from getting a cup of water from the bathroom. I called down to the front desk inquiring about this as I thought for how much I paid for a room there should at least be water supplied for the coffee maker. The customer service rep from the front desk, apparently felt bad for me and brought me up a free plastic bottle of water....

"TV in room but no remote. Towels but tub had many stains and did not look clean, plus very poor lighting and tub/shower area was very dark. No WIFI yet it is advertised as offered, and room left me and my clothes smelling like smoke. I left a day early taking a loss on the fee paid."
