"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

"The hallways were very dirty and in need of a vacuum. We booked a room (209) for 3 people. The 3rd bed (sofa bed) hadn’t been made when we checked in so we asked it to be done. We were assured it would be done in the evening but when we came home at 11.30pm it still hadn’t been done. So we had to ask again…it was done after midnight….waiting to go to bed is not ideal. I don’t rate this hotel at all."

Leider waren 2 der 3 Aufzüge defekt, die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht richtig einstellen und die Rooftop-Bar war schon um 23:00 Uhr geschlossen, obwohl sie laut Aushang bis 24:00 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte. Das Frühstück war gut, aber für den Preis zu wenig Auswahl."
