"The hotel is new and in great condition. I just didn’t like the fact that they put on their property details that they have an airport shuttle and I think it’s misleading. I mentioned it to them and they said they call a taxi to help customers. I reiterated that customers can call a taxi to get to the airport but to put that they have an airport shuttle is different. The only reason I booked this hotel however ended up paying more since it’s way far to the airport."

"Excellent staff and the place was immaculate. Breakfast are delicious and the view of the lake outstanding. The bed and the pillows were the best we had slept on the last 10 days. Excellent wine selection to sip on and enjoy the view at night"

"hard to find from train station. once we walked to property, the entrance was poorly marked. hotel food was good, no viable restaurants within walking distance except fast food. prepare for walking in hotel, long hallways and easy to get mixed up. no in room amenities- no coffe, no electric pot, . bathroom big, but door did not latch. quiet property overall. "

"Room was not equipped with glasses, only paper cups. The coffee machine was not emptied and we had to do that. It wasn’t easy to do. The elevator had a smell in it, the carpet needed to be shampooed.
Staff were excellent. "
