"Owners were very accommodating"

"Our stay at Palazzo del Poeta was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. This is truly a five-star boutique hotel where elegance, comfort, history, and exceptional hospitality come together beautifully. Our room was elegant, beautifully appointed, and equipped with every comfort. "La ubicación es excelente. Lo que no me gustó es tener que subir 3 pisos con las maletas y que un parte de la escalera se estaba cayendo la baranda y con peligro de cortar. Pocos utensilios que apoyen dentro del cuarto."

"Great bed & breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Really friendly host, who checked us in and was very responsive to arrival time and logistics. Lovely breakfast provided too. Worked well for a one night stay after a later arriving flight. "

"So friendly, so welcoming , so nice , always again!!"

"double comfortable bed, clean"

"Clean, good air conditioning, well maintained. Very good value for money. Coffee machine in the bedroom much appreciate. Could leave my luggage at the place."

"Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Mariella places extreme pride in her properties. She delights in ensuring her customers are contented and able to truly enjoy time both in her apartments and Palermo. She made us feel at home."

"Die Gastgeberinnen sind einfach total herzlich und gastfreundlich. Die Zimmer waren beispielhaft sauber und es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Es wurde täglich die Betten und sauber gemacht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann zu Fuß die örtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Wenn wir mal wieder auf Sizilien sind, kommen wir gerne wieder in dieses tolle B&B. "

"The property is located near local landmarks such as Quattro Canti, The Fontana Pretoria, Teatro Massimo and the Palermo Cathedral. The street below, bustling Via Maqueda, has abundant shops and restaurants. All adjacent streets also offer additional local fares. The rooms are small and tidy with basic amenities. Parking lot around the corner is convenient and safe."
