"This place was like a paradise! It was so beautiful and the dining area had the most lush breautiful view of the lake and surrounding hills. I came out to watch the sunrise and was offered tea and the birds were singing. It was a dream location. Many intereting chairs and swings to enjoy with the beauty with birds singing. The staff was extraordinary with their personal attention and delicious food. The showers were hot - are rare thing in this area! I would absolutely return to this...

"Do NOT stay at this place! From the moment we checked in, everything was wrong. The initial room was filthy with heavy soap scum in the shower, but the nightmare truly began in the middle of the night when we were terrified by a huge, hairy spider that looked like a venomous black widow. We spent 15 minutes searching for any staff member to help. Out of nowhere, a strawberry fell straight from the ceiling—to which the staff casually explained that they have bats roaming inside the ceiling!

"No pude hacer uso de mi reservación, ya que el hotel se encuentra dentro de un complejo privado donde existen otras propiedades, y el vigilante no me permitió el ingreso. Incluso los agentes de soporte de Expedia intentaron contactarlos sin éxito. Esta situación genera desconfianza, ya que la reservación fue pagada por adelantado y,...
