"Air condition and also need to provide soundproof window due to heavy and noisy transportion passing by the hotel during night time where it spoil my resting time.."

"No issues during check in but air cond in the room need to do some servicing as it was not cool at all. Room key card was unable to use and I had to wait about 15 mins for technician to come and replace a new card."
