WC in damage, no water tank flush.
AC disappeared the cool menu (only fan & dry).
TV lost channels.
Several times calling for Technicians to repair. Exhausted!
Last day asking a male receptionist for late checkout, only be allowed 30 minutes for 1 room whereas I booked in total 3 rooms. Although we checked out almost at 1pm due to waiting for porters.
Worst part, after going home, the hotel staff called me for payment which they forgot to charge when I checked in untill checked out (I thought it was paid when I made the booking as well the hotel receptionist said it already paid either when I checked in). So I have to pay remotely (giving permission for my credit card being charged) by signing several authorization papers online through email. Really uncomfortable experience.
Pools also too crowded, I think it needs to be used by booking in this pandemic time.
