"I got stuck in an FAA ground stop in Seattle. I was rebooked on a flight that was supposed to land in Oakland at 9 pm, then delayed to 11, then to 2 am. I called the hotel and explained, promising to be there ASAP. I landed at 4 am and went straight to the hotel, where a man behind the desk informed me my reservation was cancelled. I tried to explain but was interrupted and given a lecture about being on time. I asked if I could still get a room, I had been traveling 23 hours. He said yes but...

"TVs were glitching every time we watched anything. Working all day and wanting to come back and watch tv and couldn’t because it kept freezing. Called and maint man came. Very kind but didn’t fix it. Said he would be back which he came back and then said he would come back again and never showed up. Very disappointing. Also as a Marriott member didn’t realize I don’t get free internet other then the slow freebie that everyone gets. Didn’t even definite me as a member. "

"From the check in to check out, this hotel was amazing! Wonderful, friendly staff who went above and beyond for our little dancers (we stayed for a dance convention in the area). Clean, beautiful property. The pool area was fun for the kids and adults both! Extremely clean rooms and nicely stocked with everything we needed. The restaurant and bar were amazing as well. Great location. We’ll definitely return!"

"The property pictures suggest that rooms might have amenities like a Radisson or Home2Suites. They have a cooking appliance and reasonably large fridge but nothing else. No cookware, plates, silverware, glasses, etc. I paid 22.99 for 1 week of "Enhanced Internet", Most of the time the service was bouncing between nothing and 2.7 Mbps. Front desk did not help, nor did the internet help desk. After complaining about a week of almost no internet they still proceeded to charge me. No concern...
