"Upgraded to a suite on arrival as early check in had not been prepared, very helpful staff on arrival. Inconsistent experience with reception staff following this. Did not feel welcomed. Room was wonderful, breakfast to be expected."

"I only wish some shelving and towel racks were provided. There was so much empty walls to install them. We had a stay of 10 days and there was only one shelf to keep things. Our suitcases acted as the store area which was frustrating. Being minimalist meant that customers had to be inconvenienced!"
