"This was an amazing hotel for my family of 4! After cramming into small rooms in a couple of other cities, the Altstadt family room included a separate bedroom for our children (with three twin beds). The main room had the double bed (king-sized) for my husband and I, plus a separate living area with a couch, coffee table, etc. The bathroom was spacious and offered exactly what we needed. The bedding was so cozy and comfortable, a luxurious place to sleep each night! The comfortable lobby offers...

"Beautiful room. Very comfort table bed and like the firmer pillows. When needing help with questions the front desk was very informative. Great breakfast buffet! Liked having the snack room and seating area since we used a couple times. Having two windows with great black out shades was wonderful! Very quiet! Only thing I would have liked was a good area for sitting along with a table/desk. My room did not have."

"The stay at Sacher was a wonderful experience. The staff were attentive in all service areas.. The building is in a fantastic location overlooking the old town and on the river Check in was delayed so we were offered a drink on the house while we waited in the beautiful bar. The hotel food is second to none . Breakfast although buffet style was full of choice to suit all needs. Eggs came to the table direct from the kitchen. Lovely and warm . "Jorge was so welcoming. He was always available to offer a suggestion or direction The facility was VERY nicely appointed from the towels and sheets to the tissues. Every light was spot lighting a beautiful object in the room. The ligjts would come on magically as you entered and turned off just as effortlessly. The common area on the second floor was a wonderful addition and allowed for an open space to enjoy wine and a snack. "
